1 stick butter
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 10oz. packages frozen spinach
1 can artichoke hears
1 package philly cream cheese
8oz. sour cream
2/3 cup parmisean cheese
salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (to taste)
8oz. shredded monterey jack (for topping)
Melt the butter in skillet with onion and garlic cook on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Add spinach and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from stove and toss remaining ingredients together. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the dish from the oven and spread the monterey jack cheese evenly oven the top. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Let the dish slightly cool and then place in your Vonny Casserole Carrier!! Enjoy!!
NOTE: This dish can also be made in a CROCKPOT. Mix all ingredients together and cook on LOW heat for 4-6hours.
