1 dozen boiled eggs
3 sticks of celery chopped (remove strings)
3 tbsp. mayo
2 tbsp. relish
12 small pimento olives
Cut eggs lenthwise. Mash yolks and add chopped celery, mayo and relish. Decorate with olives.
