Ingredients
8 cans of green beans or approximately
2 med jars of marinated artichoke hearts
3/4 cup olive oil
5 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup italian bread crumbs
3 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish, sprinkle the top with more bread crumbs, cover with foil and bake at 350o for 35 minutes. Then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Finish off with a nice big pitcher of Louisiana SWEET TEA
